A small phone interview followed by some questions by e-mail.
After that HR interview for company presentation and a high level background check.
2nd - Interview with Manager.
Profile and background check. Role play. Some logic questions.
3rd - Interview with IT Recruiter & Senior Product Support Engineer
Profile check and motivations to join Outsystems.
Start to finish everyone involved in the process grabbed my attention and motivation in joining Outsystems.

The process was well-run, and the recruitment team would consistently reach out to check on how the interviews went and what the next stages would be. I had 6 interviews, starting with a Recruiter Screening, followed by a Interview with my prospective manager, a technical one with a peer, and 3 final chats with Directors and VPs for culture and motivation check.

2021 interview: 5 individual interviews followed by a panel based interview with 6 people on the panel before rubber stamping with the EMEA VP. Everyone at the time seemed very pleasant.
