I invested over an hour and a half of my time and I had to reach out for a status update myself. I was sent a generic declination from the ATS within moments, which I consider very unprofessional and impersonal.

Google Chat then a Phone interview with Jeb. The chat session included other members of the content team. Overall, a good interview process during the pandemic. Questions were on-point. Took a couple of days.
