I applied on February 7th 2023, and had the first interview with the company president a few days later. I received positive feedback and an immediate follow-up interview request with three lead/senior designers, which took place on February 28th. Again, I received positive feedback and was asked to interview again with the leadership team and create a presentation. The third interview was on March 17th, and was with a panel of nine interviewers, and lasted just over three hours. So the total interview time was around five and a bit hours. I booked time off for the third interview due to the length and importance of it. However, I never heard back from them after this. I sent two follow-up emails, but both were ignored. Throughout the process, I was told they were happy with my performance, and I didn't feel it was going anything but positive. So it was a huge surprise to be left in the lurch and ignored after sacrificing so much time and effort for them.
