I answered by saying most issues come about by expectations not being managed. Whether its an ETA or task you need to ensure you have all the information before taking on a piece of work so everyone is happy. If you encounter blockers which may cause delays, you need to communicate these and again revisit expectations if the ETA/task will be impacted.
