Long question and answer process followed by an IQ test. Then went to an interview with a hiring manager and a technical consultant. I reviewed my resume and technical skills, There were a few personality questions. I was given an offer well below my minimum and had to negotiate.

Applied online, the recruiting lady called and asked HR questions, some technicality and experience as per the mentioned job requirements. Phone interview, talked about relocation (they don't provide relocation) and discussed about languages and software used.
