      Candidatura

Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela PAS Global em jul. de 2017

      Entrevista

For such a small organization, the interview process was extremely lengthy. Entire process was over a month. I refrain from calling it an organization because it is far from being organized. Enjoyed all interviews except for the last interview. First two people I met in the organization are extremely credible but new. Come to think of it, everyone was knew that I met there except for the CEO & COO. Last interview was with the CEO & COO. During the last interview, never have I been disrespected in an interview as much I was during this meeting. The CEO leaves a lot to be desired and was extremely condescending. Unimpressive C team. So much so, I knew in the first 5 minutes of my meeting with the CEO that the company was no longer a fit. It's apparent there is disconnect between C-Level Execs and Sr. Sales Mgmt team. During all phases of the interview process it was apparent that the company is cheap due to the constant mentioning and inquiries of salary and compensation expectations. I could not get out of their dump of an office quick enough. Looking back I should have cut the Meeting off and left. After interviewing here, I firmly can say that I trust what others have reviewed this company to be accurate here on glass door. Not a solid player or contender in the industry. Company's client list on web page must be bogus because the CEO was unable to confirm some of the clients during the meeting, and I quote, "oh, are they a client of ours?" For the record I did not get an offer, but really glad because I would not have accepted even if I received one. Up until my last meeting, I was pretty happy and excited. After meeting the CEO, I can say I was no longer interested. If you are desperate for work and content with mediocrity this is your place. If you are a low level seller and more transactional in nature, this is your place. Real enterprise level business development professionals need not waste time.

      Pergunta 1

No real questions, more just dialogue and hypotheticals on how you would build or generate business/revenue streams. Company wants a transactional resource, or an enterprise level player.
