They never contact you directly, but thru 3rd party. Extremely slow process despite the company's small size! Out of professional ethics, I will not describe how poor they are. However, the most logical advice is: Stop being arrogant and treat people with respect. There are too many qualified out there who are also potential customers in the future! Treat your employees with respect. The smallest cubicles in the world and the serious morale problem among the poor looking employees will destroy you! One of the worst interactions I have ever experienced throughout my long career. I would NEVER recommend it.
