I saw their advertisement regarding job opening in one of the popular endian job portal. After applying it, I got a mail from HR saying that there will be a scheduled interview at 3:30pm. After receiving the mail, I replied about the confirmation as I need to apply for leave. I did receive any response so, I called them back regarding the confirmation mail. The HR told that she has 800+ emails pending unread with her. Further she told that if you received the mail, you can come down. After going to their office premises, HR asked for what I came here. Then I said I came for interview. Then she asked which technology, I told about the technology. HR people seem to be very immature. Ironically HR even don't know for what position you came for the interview!! She took two photographs and resume. After waiting for 30 min, HR came and asked to meet Director. I went to the cabin; he asked basic questions like my current salary, organization. He told that there will be a technical interview taken by foreign team and it will happen in next week and asked to wait for the call. I waited for month, but did not get any call. When I emailed regarding this to HR, I did not get any response. I request the management to respect people who come for the interview.
