Laid back and friendly. My personal experience was that I was called in, given a friendly getting to know you type of interview, and told that there would be a second interview. As it was right before Thanksgiving and that I had previously worked at a grocery chain that had many similar products and standards, I was called in to work right away without the second interview with the CEO and Meat merchandiser.
