Overall, the team members I spoke with were nice and I had good conversations but I barely had any interaction with the recruiter throughout the process. The coordinators were quick to schedule the team interviews and I spent upwards of 10 hours on interviews and prep, only to be ghosted for a month after my final interview. Ultimately, I wish there had been clearer communication or that I had been provided an answer on my candidacy much sooner.
