Very standard and quick process: received HR call, hiring manager's call, and on-site interview (with all team members, related leaders in the group and account manager). The recruiters are responsive. During the interview, I met with 8 people from 9 am to 1 pm continuously, but was only offered water (no food for 30 min break). I realized during the interview that I may not be selected from the final round, because one of the team member was 15 minute late for the half an hour window; and the team member asked if I was referred by someone in the company. Same as I felt, I received phone call from recruiter and he gave me the feedback that they would like to hire someone with ties in the company and have direct experience. Overall, I am glad that the process has been transparent for me, a candidate directly applied on official website.
