Entrevista
Multiple rounds of interviews. HR, technical, and behavioral. The questions were standard to the role, nothing out of the box. They asked about my experience so far, what attracted me to this role, and why I wanted to make a switch. Then they proceeded to ask me technical questions relevant to the role.

What software/systems do you currently use? A good feedback and constructive criticism you received from your current manager.
Call with HR, then call with hiring manager if you advance to that stage. From there, would be an in person interview with the team. I did not make it past the 2nd round.

Entrevista
I did a HireVue, waited two weeks than was asked to do a video interview with HR. I then met with the Hiring Manager. Pretty general questions asking about general market / product knowledge, who you networked with ect.
Had over 8 interviews with every member of each team and region, started out with HR and then with hiring manager and then with every manager in Tokyo. Once that was one there were interviews with overseas managers.
