Entrevista
First round was a technical interview. These questions were very hard and didn't account for background of candidate. Interviewer seemed very uninterested. Questions on both mergers and acquisitions and restructuring related questions.
Quite technical, they asked a lot of restructuring questions. Make sure you prepare for those. I had 3 interviews: one behavioural, one technical, and one basically a personality check with one of the MDs

Entrevista
First round was phone screening. Relatively easy. Next round was simple interview with mix of behavioral and technical. Super day was the hardest. Technical questions included financial statement but also scenario based questions which were hard.
