The process started with a phone interview with a campus recruiter who asked behavioral questions. After that, the next round with 3 interviews with managers in various positions at the super day. These interviews are to determine fit within the bank, but you are asked a couple behavioral or technical questions and then asked about a few things on your resume. You usually hear back shortly after this set, within about a week.

First round was on campus with 2 interviewers, one Sr analyst and one MD. Were not very helpful in answering questions about what they do or hwat their program involves specifically.
