Applied online called by a preliminary screener who asked questions about my experience and the roles responsibility. .. then a recruiter called to verify my qualifications and did a role play about how I would handle a difficult client. Next was the hiring team leader meeting where there was two interviews at the same day with 2 different team leaders... next t here was another interview with regional manager and branch manager.. then financial advisor manager had a phone interview with me. I then was offered the position.

Entrevista
Very pleasant recruiter called me and we spoke at length. A more formal phone interview was scheduled. The recruiter let me know that they like to use the STAR method of interviewing, Describe a SITUATION, TASK, ACTION, RESULT. They preferred us to use personal experience as opposed to "if x happened, I would do Y. To prepare, I thought of different experiences I had in my career from upset clients, cross selling, firing a client and more so I felt prepared. I then interviewed with the person who heads the division for which I was applying. Again, another pleasant interview. He also used the STAR method of interviewing. I am now waiting to meet with the local branch manager and a Regional VP.
