I uploaded my resume to my university's career website. A recruiter reached out to me stating that I would be a good fit for this position. I interviewed over the phone a few days later. This interview was behavioral and pretty basic (just to see if I was a good match for the company). Within a day I was told that I would be moving on to the interview super day at their headquarters in Pittsburgh. They flew me out for the interview and got me a hotel room as well. There I had two short interviews and was served lunch. The interviews were also behavioral and nothing too bad! They were all extremely nice and one of the interviews was more of a conversation than questions which I liked.

One in person behavioral question followed by a final round panel style interview in the office you are applying for. Questions mostly behavioral, career aspirations, etc. Felt like the interviewer spoke about themselves/the company as much as I did which was very nice.
