3 interviews with a total of 5 people. The process moved along quickly with great communication. After the final interview communication stopped completely with no follow up. Experience was good overall. Feedback I have is to be more genuine with your candidates and communicate internally. 3 out of 5 people I met with vocalized their excitement with me as a candidate and one assured me they were confident I’d receive an offer. There was also confusion about my work history. I found I needed to clarify the same things and repeat myself with different interviewers. Given my experience it felt strange to hear nothing and then a “no” almost two weeks later.
