I was called in for an interview by the manager who found my resume online. I was greeted well and taken to a separate room for the interview. I was asked about my previous experience with software development and the asked basic follow up questions based on resume for about 10 mins by the senior devs, no technical questions whatsoever. While I was being interviewed about my experience with software development by the two senior devs for about 10 mins, the manager walked in wrapped up the interview and said we will let you know if you get selected. "TOTALLY WEIRD". The manager was not even there in the interview room and he did not know what went in the room during the interview. Honestly, the senior devs did not seem very impressed with my resume. The senior devs were polite and nice. But you don't waste somebody's time like that and be so disrespectful (the manager). You need to consult with your senior devs before you select somebody for an interview and call them in. IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME.
