Phone interview: Went over my experiences, goals, strengths and weaknesses. Discussed the position and the company in detail. In person interview: Asked for more details and examples of scenarios discussed over the phone.

Brief process with director of finance. Friendly and straightforward. No analysis of technical skills and was more focused on reviewing past experience. I believe now they have HR employees more dedicated for in depth interview processes.
