They called me the same day I applied and I set up an interview through an email process. It was pretty simple. I went in and sat down with one of the managers and talked for maybe 20ish minutes.

They asked a lot of questions about working on a team and how well I would work on a team and such.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

Previous experience and how to deal with a difficult customer

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
