Entrevista
I walked into the cafe, in search of a second job on a Thursday and asked if they were hiring. The new manager stated that they were and that I should come back the next day, Friday, because they were having a hiring fair. I came back, dressed up with my resume and filled out the application and was interviewed by the same manager. It took about 15 minutes. He told me at the end that I seemed perfect for the job and should receive a call by the following week. They ended up calling me the same day, a couple hours after the interview, offering me the position. I started the following Monday.

The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
