Simple and straight forward. They asked about why I applied, what I look for in a job, how much I expect to make and what I aspire to be. The interview was casual and the manager was very sweet.
Very short and brief, they don't look at your application until the interview, which is disappointing since they were looking for longer-term candidates instead of seasonal. If looking for seasonal work, make sure to ask if they are hiring for seasonal employees before applying!
30 minute interview with 10 behavioral questions with the manager and a crew member present. Was held in the dining room and was business casual attire. Pleasant experience with great people
