I have been contacted on LinkedIn by one of their recruiters. The first stage was a short informal chat about the role and my background. After about a week, I wrote to them saying that I was interested in the role so they sent an assessment about SQL without specifying the deadline. Due to some day of sickness I was not able to complete the assessment in what they later defined as a 4 days time limit. Because of that they preferred to not wait for the submission and just interrupt the process.
