at the first i think the user interview will just asked me about my experience, but unexpectedly i asked to solve a problem (study case). the user presented slides and it’s contained the data about the study case. during explanation, the user will asked some questions to test our critical thinking.

Like a normal interview but very specific and unpredictable questions. But if you prepare well and pay attention to the smallest detail, you can do it. Hopefully I can get through it next time.
