Went through 3 interviews to get ghosted. 1st one was with the recruiter Maoly Gomez which was pretty straightforward and just introductions. I had to reach out to see if I got a second interview after about a week. The next two interviews were technical and behavior. They said I would hear back within a week. I followed up twice and never heard anything. I thought my interviews went well but it's honestly so rude and disrespectful that they can't even send an email back saying they've moved on with another candidate after 3 interviews.

After an initial phone screening, I went through several rounds of interviews, Despite feeling that the interviews went well, I never received any communication from the company about the status of my application, even after following up.

The interview process was quick with many non technical questions throughout, it was a three interview step process. Never ended up hearing an update from them and tried following up with no response
