Having uploaded a CV onto the Jobsite I was contacted by a member of Pareto Law's graduate management team. My graduate manager took the time to understand my needs and what I was looking for in my first graduate role. Upon successfully passing a well structured telephone interview with my graduate manager and a member of his senior management team I was invited to an assessment centre. This assessment centre was extremely well run and very efficient. There were a number of clients present alongside Pareto's assessment team who observed myself and the other 20 or so graduates who had been invited to the day. The two group exercises where an excellent opportunity to showcase my ability to work within a team and also enabled myself to interact with other candidates, one of whom I am still in regular contact with. Finally, the presentation, although slightly nerve racking was in front of a panel of 4 people (a mixture of clients and assessors). I was asked several questions regarding its content which were well directed and designed to dig slightly deeper into my background. At the end of day we were given a decision and after being successful I was placed in my current role within just 11 days! I can not rate Pareto Law's process highly enough! Every aspect of the process was run extremely professionally and the opportunities presented following my success at the assessment day were unrivalled. Since my success 3 of my best friends have been through the process and had excellent experiences.

This was an assessment day for about 30 graduates rather than a one to one interview. It allowed graduates to put their knowledge to the test and prove themselves as competent sales people.
