First interview was with a panel of two and was fine. I received the email for the second stage interview 30 minutes before the interview took place. It seemed to be going well until I was asked salary expectations and was told it would be lower than my minimum (which was in line with the average for this role). I was then told I would hear back on the same day, regardless of the outcome. This was 3 weeks ago, my emails have also been ignored.
