The first interview was a behavioral screening. The second was behavioral and some technical, but nothing too crazy. For the super day, they fly you out to Denver with expenses paid and you have a dinner with PG employees. I would say everyone was super nice and firm has a great culture from what I could tell. Next day, you have five back to back interviews. 2 case studies, 1 SAT-math styled test/ interview where you talk through some of your answers, and 2 behavioral (though one of mine turned out to be another technical one, so basically 4 technical interviews).

The first round is purely behavioral. Be prepared to answer the basics, such as walk me through your resume, why do you want to work in Denver, why do you want to work at our firm, etc
