Past Experiences- Last Project,assigned tasks Core java- some output predictions, asked to write few codes,question on collections,string Some SQL queries Unix commands WebServices and Hibernate basic questions, as I didnt have prior working experience on that. And second round was kind of HR to understand which role I am looking into for(Developer or Tester) as my profile has both, So I clarified the point. Then third round was pure HR round, where he asked me to describe about myself and then asked whether I have any problem with Nokia acquiring Comptel or any other concerns on that, and he explained what is going to happen when Nokia acquires Comptel and that it wont impact the employees.then direct into expected Salary and he will straight away ask for negotiations,I have accepted negotiation as it was going to be my first offer in hand. I suggest dont say negotiable. ;)
