Probably the worst interview experience of my life. The founder used to reschedule the meetings multiple times for small rounds of interview. I waited for weeks for a response from their side, got no response from anyone. I had an assignment which I had to present to the founder, but founder kept on rescheduling the meetings. I recorded a video of my presentation and sent it to him, still I got no response. A sincere request to the team would be to kindly value the time of the candidate and have the courage to communicate to the candidate if he/she is rejected so that they don't have to wait for weeks.
