After a 3 month wait (too much time) for an interview, and after I made many arrangements (clothing, family, work) for an in-person interview in the US, the interview was changed to be done via Skype and finally was performed by phone. Do not recommend phone interviews: informal, interviewer can’t see your appearance, body language and facial expression that I consider very important during the interview.
