Phone Interview with hiring manager, it was long conversation for about 30-40 minutes. But after interview I didn’t hear from them, therefore emailed them asking for a feedback.
Phone Screening using STAR questions, practical exercise, following up with the interview with the Team Leaders again competency based questions around 20 in number. Phone Screening took around more than an hour asking competency based questions and the recruiter didn't bother to prevent about it, this could create an issue in some other situations..
