An internal Paycom recruiter called me. Asked me to come back again for an interview even though I turned them down a year ago. She said there was a possibility they could move me on to the next tier of sales and to just go in and see what I thought. The second interview was just as big of a joke as the first. They just want to start people at $70k to use them then see who sticks. The sales manager had the worst interview methods I've ever seen. Hadn't even improved once from the first time he interviewed me a year ago. Also, there was no way to move to the second tier of sales like I was told. They have such high turnover they just constantly need people to interview. Sales manager asks inappropriate questions, that border on probably illegal to ask in an interview. Brags about how much money he makes.
