Entrevista
Met with recruiter over zoom. Overall experience was like speaking to a very poor listener. She asked multiple questions I had already answered. All the way explained that I am the only sales person in my current company, she asked about how I performed relative to other reps, how I compared with others in regard to KPI’s, what my interactions with the team looked like, etc.
Multiple attempts to explain, “I’m the only sales person at my current company,” but the explanations didn’t get us anywhere.
Overall felt very scripted, like she had a list of questions to read. I also felt like PayCom had little to offer, other than a paycheck, and they’re very proud of the amount of money they pay people.
By the time we got halfway through the interview, I was turned off from the role & company both; will not advance beyond this stage.

What kind of metrics are you judged by in your current role?
Very straightforward. They did a phonescreen call. And asked basic questions and then set you up with another interviewer. The questions were not that hard. They were very in line with the job description

Recruiter reached out, we had phone screen, sheasked me to fill out a resume quickly so she can set up a meeting with the sales manager for an interview. then never heard from her or anyone else again

Multiple steps, very repetitive in nature, and requires you to come in and showcase you ability to call a list. You must be fully suited up, and if you’re going through the process while also working a job, expect for them to require you to interview multiple times in one week
