The screening process was very comfortable and more of a conversation. Gina Thompson one of the recruiters there was amazing and I enjoyed the initial process with her. Be prepared to give examples and step by step actions you took to complete a task. I think if I were more prepared I could have moved further in the process. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. It was very comfortable atmosphere. I'm not discouraged as I know now the areas I need to improve on. Still hoping to land a job at Paylocity!
