Shortlisting was done through cocubes and they called 606 students for technical interview. The hiring process was literally very very poor. Some of the interviewer took two-three interview at a time in adjacent room. I was interviewed by interviewer, and he take 3 interview at a time in three adjacent room in round 2. I don't know why they called these much students for interview if they can't managed, the even can't make sitting arrangements, sequence for the students to be called for interview. I am done with all the rounds. In first technical, than second technical, than finally hr BUT I DIDN'T GET ANY REPLY REGARDING OFFERED / NOT OFFERED. They have replied offered email to either 1- they have offer from other company. 2- they are not offered from other company and also they have done nothing (based on the referrals ) They replied few other with not offered email. And for other they didn't reply. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY TO ATTEND PAYTM'S INTERVIEW IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY REFERRALS. Don't wait for there reply try to attend some other drives also as they take 30-60days to declare the result if you are lucky one ... Otherwise you will not get any reply from them.
