Great interview experience. First round was a phone interview. They really want you to express yourself over the phone since the job largely revolves around calling clients. Next round was in-person at their Newton, MA location. Everyone was really friendly and the office has a cool setup too. Got a small tour of the place and had to go through 4 hiring managers, each of them was 1-on-1. Each manager had a different background/role in the company. They ask a couple logic questions, a paytronix related question to show them how you could use their system to solve a problem, and the questions you'd normally get at an interview.

The first round interview was an hour behavioral interview on-campus. Second rounds were extremely long. 4-5 Hours. Mostly based on behavioral questions. Everyone asks you a logic question after asking their behavioral questions.

This is a long interview process. I arrived at 1:00 PM and left at around 5:15. I talked to five different people - one was in charge of the division, two were managers, and the rest were employees with the same job title as the one for which I was applying. They all seemed to ask similar questions - interested in my background, interested in how my skills and experience might apply to this position. Three of the interviewers brought logic puzzles, one brought a code-based question (since I had SQL experience, it was a question in SQL) and one interviewer mostly talked about himself.
