First, you’ll have an initial phone interview lasting about 20–30 minutes. During this call, you’ll be asked questions about your background, previous experience, and the responsibilities of roles in which you excel, as well as areas where you may need additional support. If you progress past this stage, you’ll have a second interview with the hiring manager. After the interviews, you can expect to receive an update on your application status within 2–3 weeks.
