I was asked questions by 2 senior employees about how I would handle certain situations on the job, in the classroom with students with various needs they wanted to know what kind of teacher I was and asked me questions about my skills and how I would go about finding resourses for my students I was given 2 student's essays and asked how I would analyze and summarize what the problems were and how I would help both students with their essays
