I had multiple interviews with multiple people for this position. The interview questions were typical. However, there were a lot of last minute scheduling conflicts on their end, so scheduling the interviews was difficult throughout the entire process.

Entrevista
I applied online for a position in New York City and received an email to set up a 30 minute phone "interview." This interview was a pre-screening to see if they actually wanted to interview me. During the interview I was asked basic questions like why I was interested in Peer Health Exchange and what I know about the organization. I was also asked to describe a difficult situation I had to work through and then at the end was given time to ask a few questions.
Overall the experience was fine. I could tell the girl I talked to was rushed and she was interested in talking with other people for the position.

Entrevista
Consisted of phone screening, in-person interview, candidate exercise, and final in-person interview. Overall great, people were communicative and very professional. Depending on the time of year/type of position, response times will be slower (a program position in the fall will take longer as the staff is really busy!).
