Went through 3 rounds, including a skills test. The interview style felt more like an interrogation than a conversation, with very blunt questions and little room for dialogue. The tone from leadership made me feel the culture wasn’t a fit, and not somewhere I’d want to work. Tip: Be prepared for very direct questioning and a strict leadership style.
