Recruiter reached out to me fairly quickly after online application submitted. Scheduled phone screen with recruiter which was cancelled morning of. I had to reschedule for the following Monday. Once on the phone with the recruiter, the conversation was dry and robotic. The recruiter asked very surface level information and did not dive into my background nor experience and skill set. The end of the conversation was, "ill let the team see your resume and if they want to talk to you, ill reach out." Never heard from her either way.
