I applied for the position online and the next day told an alum from my college who works in HR there that I had applied for the position and she helped get into the hands of the right person. Three days later I was contacted by the HR coordinator for a phone interview and we had one that same day and it went great.
At the end of that same week I had a phone interview with the person who was supposed to be my direct supervisor and she had me work on an assignment where I wrote a back of book advertisement. Shortly after submitting the assignment, the HR person told me they wanted me to come in for an in-person interview with the head of the department. I was convinced that at this point I was going to get the position. All signs were pointing in that direction. I took a bus from my college in upstate New York that morning into the city just two days before my graduation, went to the interview and then for weeks they couldn't even get back to me to tell me I didn't get the position. I genuinely felt that everyone there was kind over the phone and it took multiple follow ups on my end for several weeks before I finally heard back.

Very friendly and I was given in house support beforehand to prepare from HR. I met with two members of the team separately and both felt like informal chats, I felt at ease.

Entrevista
You have to go through several processes, the first with questions on a form that from there they select you or not, then do a series of spelling and reading comprehension exercises, do a virtual assessment recording yourself on video and then do a series of online group exercises with other candidates with prior material, which you have to analyse and study in order to be able to do the group exercise.

First stage of interview process. Online interview - 5 basic personality and competency questions. Your answers are recorded via your webcam and sent to the hiring manager. Didn’t get the role but they gave me thorough feedback which was nice
