One screening interview where they gauge your interest and suitability for the role, and an assessment centre where you take part in group exercises, a presentation on a project you are proud of, in which you had almost a months heads up on and an interview. The group exercises were quite unique compared to previous assessment centres that I’ve been on, and I’d say it was the most enjoyable assessment day I’ve been on, despite my failure to get an offer.
