in Aug,10 I got a call from people network consultancy regarding the job that time i was looking for a job so I accept their proposal & I went for a interview, interviews went on 2 weeks after that I got a offer letter & finally i joined PNC as a HR executive with salary of 10,000.I found very good work culture actually there was a participatory work culture & all employees were very co-operative by nature so i was very comfortable there but due to my marriage proposal I went back 2 my home town Ranchi.
