The process took over 3 weeks and ended with a very cold and detached email. There was very little communication after the initial resume submission and then a chaotic rush to interview with several people (some of whom did not show up) and then no feedback until an email with all of those people CCd letting me know that they’ve stopped looking for a candidate at this time. Incredibly odd.
