Had to take an on-line personality assessment and cognitive test. Each took 15 minutes. But never got any of the results. Then had a 15 minute conversation with HR to see if I was interested in the position and HR said that I was qualified and would send my resume to the hiring manager. But only got a rejection letter the next week.
