Long and drawn out. Kept me waiting for a long time and were unkind with how they handled the end of the process. It takes 2 minutes to give someone feedback and write to them to acknowledge all of the time and effort they took interviewing with you, especially when it's a 4 stage interview. But clearly this was too much for the 4 people at Peppy that I interacted with. Kindness and respect costs nothing. I wouldn't dream of treating people in the way that they do. I had to complete a task which required a lot of preparation. I did not get an offer but by the end of the process, I had seen several red flags so was not confident about accepting an offer in any case. Had a highly unpleasant interaction with the CEO which told me all I needed to know about the company and really put me off. He was very unprofessional and quite frankly very rude. Peppy claims that it's Flexa certified but I had conversations that indicated otherwise. Overall a very disappointing experience. Definitely quite a corporate, strict company that hides itself under the pretence of being a thriving, exciting and cool start-up.

Fake hiring process Job role has been advertised for 6 months and they keep re advertising for it. Not sure what the reasoning is but I’ll be eager to see if they ever fill the position. Maybe it’s a marketing or market research tactic.
