Was only telephonically interviewed by my CEO, as we worked together prior to Percept Talent Management. The HR department just met me for the induction process the day I joined as a formality, and made me aware of all the requisite information with regards to the company. It was a very informal discussion just to get me familiar with everything, including my profile required by the company. This took place at the head quarters just a block away from where I had to report daily.
