Coming from a recruiting background, this was the most unpleasant process I have ever experienced. Recruiter missed scheduled time and I had to call them and they made an excise. Next, both follow up interview calls were late from the scheduled time. The recruiter barely communicated with me during process. On the last call I was advised by the manager that I will be moving to next step -third round. When I reached out to follow up the recruiter advised me they had selected another candidate. I was very disappointed with the process as it shows how this organization treats potential employees.
